- In the event of cancellation of tour or travel services for any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified via email or phone. Cancellation charges will take effect from the date we receive your notification through email or phone, and the charges will be as follows:
- If cancellation occurs less than 20 days before the travel date: 100% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Customers are required to pay at least 60% of the total tour amount.
- The remaining balance of the tour fare should be settled on the day of the journey.
- Should any machinery issues arise during the tour package, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
